You can do this by emailing [email protected], attaching your purchase number and the date you received it.
Once we receive it, our STAFF will proceed to inspect it (within 10 business days).
We will exchange the product once the verification is done, and we confirm that it has manufacturing defects.
Please keep in mind that the lifespan of a product largely depends on how you use it and the conditions in which you use it, as well as whether the care instructions for the item are followed. Products that are damaged due to normal use and wear, or that have exceeded their recommended care, will not be replaced
