How are shipments made? What days do you dispatch?
We work with logistics: DHL. They deliver WORLWIDE.
We also have a private method, FLASH KIE, which dispatches and delivers on the same day after being packed.
To track your shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking code and the respective link to track it. In case you don't receive it, we’ve attached the link. If you choose TRANSPORTE KIE, please be aware of the dispatch day, as they will visit you the same day the shipment is dispatched.
How long does it take for the order to arrive? What is the delay for dispatch and/or packing?
